At Digital Phone Company we try to support our customers in as many ways as possible.  Whilst the mobile phones we provide offer a warranty should there be any technical fault, we understand that sometimes damage can occur.

 

Engineers in-store!

We are pleased to be able to offer on-site repairs for some phone damage.  Typically this is restricted to screen repairs and these are the most frequent requests we receive.  This means that a phone you thought was beyond repair, could be salvaged with new parts.

 

Whilst You Wait Repairs

Repairs whilst-you-wait or Same Day Repairs can be organised however it must be a store where an engineer is on site.  Typically in Norfolk we offer mobile phone repairs on the same day in Holt and Thetford however our engineers do move around so please call your local Digital Phone Company store to find out what can be organised.  Some repairs can take up to two hours so it may not be possible to do immediately.

If a same day slot is not available, we can still complete a repair.  We will find the most efficient way of getting this repaired as we know how important your mobile phone is to you.

 

What guarantee do we offer?

We use good quality parts to ensure the best possible repair to your device.  Due to this, the tools we use and the expertise of our staff, we are happy to offer a three month guarantee on all repairs undertaken.

This means that should a fault develop to the item we replaced (which is not caused by damage) we will remedy this at no cost to you.

 

Screen Repairs

Whether your phone screen is partially working, or not turning on at all, we can help.  Here is an example of a typical faulty screen which can be repaired perfectly.

 

 

Non-Screen Repairs

Even if you have damage to another part of your smartphone, do pop in to one of our shops across Norfolk so we can advise you on the next best steps.  It may be that we can offer some basic adjustments to assist you in the short term.

 

 

 

Water Damage

In most cases we are unable to repair phones which have been damaged by liquid.

 

Mobile Repair Alternatives
