Happy Christmas! We know mistakes happen and at this time of year a Parking Ticket can be a financial headache you don’t need! Therefore we have decided to pay the fines for two people in Fakenham who have recently received a parking ticket.

Terms and Conditions

• We will pay two parking tickets for two local residents, where we feel a genuine mistake has been made by forgetting to fix a parking ticket or not purchasing a parking ticket for the full duration of your stay in Fakenham town centre which has resulted in a fine.
• We will pay the winners of only lower banding penalty charges with a value of £25. We will not consider higher band offences or where you have parked in a manner which inconveniences others, such as parking in a disabled bay when not permitted to do so.
• The parking fine must have been issued in Fakenham between 1st and 14th December 2023.
• We reserve the right to exclude entries should more information come to light when reviewing the offence.
• Digital Phone Company will fund the winners the money but accept no liability for paying the actual fine which is still the responsibility of the person who received the ticket.
• We must be able to view your original parking fine document.
• You must be able to prove that you are a local resident by providing your ID (Drivers License)
• Payment will be paid to you either as a refund to your card or via BACs.  Please note that this can take several days to clear.
• Competition runs until Midnight 18/12/2023  (
• Winners will be chosen at random from people who enter on social media.
• Winners will be announced on the social media post w/c 18th December 2023 and must be claimed by 22nd December 2023.
