Open Up Till Christmas Eve!

That’s right, there’s still time to plan your Christmas Gifts and also sort out your mobile phone needs before Christmas. We will be open 9am to 3pm on Tuesday 24th December.

Closed for Christmas

We have taken the decision to give staff a 5 day break over Christmas. Whilst there are the obvious expectations that we would be closed across Christmas Day and Boxing day, we have taken the decision to remain closed on Friday 27th December too, allowing staff to enjoy time with their families. We are also closed on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th as normal.

Open 30th and 31st December

If you received a new phone from us for Christmas and need help setting it up, please pop in on Monday 30th or Tuesday 31st December when we can help. We expect to be extremely busy across these two days so we may have to limit how long we can spend with each person. However, with our Pay Monthly packages you receive Unlimited Support across 2 years so you can pop back regularly with the less time sensitive assistance!

New phone from elsewhere?

Did you receive a new phone from elsewhere? Whilst we cannot offer the same level of support, do pop in and ask some questions if you need help. If you need a more significant phone set-up service we do offer this for a fee.
