DPC wins at Vodafone Awards!
Digital Phone Company has been named the Vodafone ‘Specialist Brand Partner of the Year, 2024’!
The annual Vodafone, Indirect Channel partner conference was held last week at Mercedes-Benz world in Surrey. The event sees Vodafone celebrate the successes of the network and its partners over the last year, alongside ways the network and partners can offer even more to their customers in the year ahead.
The culmination of the event was the coveted partner awards where the likes of DPC, Curry’s, Argos, Fonehouse and more were competing. The award for ‘Specialist Brand Partner’ recognises a business that fully supports and embodies everything the Vodafone brand stands for in partnership with the network.
As Vodafone UK celebrates its 40th year in business this year, Digital Phone Company has recently celebrated its 30th and has been a valued partner of Vodafone’s since the very beginning.
The award recognises the 30 years of partnership between the two businesses and is testament to the two-way relationship that has allowed DPC to look after its customers so closely for over three decades!
In their 40th year, Vodafone’s main goal as the ‘Nation’s Network’ is to offer customers even greater value from a service, loyalty, support and positivity standpoint. Alongside our own Customer Care Charter, this customer-centred approach has always been at the core of our ethos. This brand awareness and expression has allowed us to portray Vodafone’s, and our own brand in a way that make the greatest beneficiaries, our shared customers.

DPC Chairman Phil Rider said, “We are extremely humbled to have received recognition for the work we do, on such a national level. Vodafone have always been very loyal to our business and have supported us without question over the years. That loyalty has never been lost on us and we have always attempted to repay it by offering our customers first rate offers and expert service as Vodafone’s local face for 30 years!”
He went on to say, “I’m very grateful to our customers, many of whom have been with us for 20+ years and I look forward to the ways our relationship with Vodafone can continue to benefit them in new and exciting ways over the coming years.”
